Not even interested in changing your OS to Linux and trying a FOSS art program?
At least that way you would never have to worry about corporate greed, I mean servers going down.
May I also recommend looking into the stop killing games initiative? I know games are different than art programs, but if this initiative passes, then we would be 1 step closer to having software in general be protected more, with more consumer rights, to hopefully prevent stuff like this from happening again in the future.
